About Beczema

My name is Rebecca, I have suffered with eczema all my life, all over my body and in varying degrees of severity. Now in my 40s, I think I’m finally coming to terms with the fact that it’s here for good. Some days that’s OK, I can cope with it, and some days it really isn’t.

As far as diseases go – it’s not so bad. You can still walk and talk and laugh if you’re flaky and itchy. But, as eczema is inextricably linked to the way we feel – feeling stressed and low can bring on a flare-up and a flare-up can make you feel stressed and low – the unbroken cycle of bad mood = bad skin and vice versa is something that I know a lot about.  And that’s what I’m looking at here.
